Changes and Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be changed or cancelled. That notwithstanding, if you inform us at the very earliest, we may be able to accommodate you. However, the option to allow any such change or cancellation is completely at our discretion and may be subject to a processing / handling fee. In any event, no change or cancellation is possible once the order has been shipped.
Cancellation of Order by Karuna
Karuna reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same. Furthermore, we may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.
Cancellation of Bulk Orders
Karunavan.com is a service that caters to the end user of its products. It is not a B2B enterprise and thus may cancel any orders that classify as 'Bulk Order' under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by Karuna:
(1) Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale.
(2) Multiple orders are placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category.
(3) Bulk quantity of the same product has been ordered.
(4) Invalid address has been given in the order details.
(5) In case any malpractice is used to place the order.

Under what conditions will Replacements/Refunds be provided?
You are only entitled to get a replacement or refund (whichever you prefer) in case of one of the follow scenarios:
(1) We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
(2) There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
(3) The merchandise got damaged during transit.
While we would highly recommend that you give us a chance to serve you better by choosing the option of a replacement, should you prefer a refund, please do note that the refund would be processed via NEFT/RTGS within 10 working days from which the requisite procedure detailed below is fully completed by you, and from when you have provided us with the relevant account details for NEFT/RTGS to us.
What do I do if Karuna has shipped a wrong product or there is a manufacturing defect?
In case the product sent to you is the wrong product (i.e. not the item you ordered) or there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving the product. To register your complaint, you can contact us at email@example.com and we encourage you to attach pictures with your e-mail to substantiate your complaint.
Moreover, you must send the product to us within 7 days of registering the complaint in a saleable condition in their original packaging and invoice, in an undamaged condition to the below mention address:

As long as the product is deemed to be wrong / defective in Karuna’s assessment, we will issue a refund or ship you a replacement product (as per your preference) at no extra charge at the very earliest. In this regard, Karuna’s assessment as to whether the product is wrong or defective is final.
Who will bear the Shipping Charges in this case?
Karuna doesn't facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 7 days of registering the complaint. All courier charges will be borne by the customers themselves. Karuna will only bear the shipping expenses of the replacement product.
What do I do in case my Package arrives damaged / tampered with?
We request you to check the packing before accepting delivery of the goods from the courier agency. If you find that the packet is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse to take delivery and inform us immediately as per the terms below. We will arrange for a refund / replacement (as per your preference) at the earliest.
In case your package has been tampered with or damaged, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of refusing the delivery of the product. To register your complaint, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that the acceptance of any delivery will be deemed on part of the customer to mean that the packaging of the order was satisfactory and not damaged or tampered with. Our replacement guarantee does not cover damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer. Should customers come across any issue with such products, they are advised to contact customer service within 48 hours, failing which we would not entertain any request for refund / replacement.
Orders once placed are final and cannot be cancelled or returned. Returns are only applicable strictly in the conditions detailed hereinabove regarding Replacement/Refunds.
