Shipping and Tracking
Karuna promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. All orders placed on karunavan.com are dispatched through reputed courier services we have a tie up with. We do not use Speed Post to deliver orders placed on karunavan.com
When will you ship my order?
As soon as we receive an acknowledgment from our online payment gateway confirming receipt of full payment for you, we will co-ordinate with the associated courier service to ship and deliver the order to you at the earliest.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be delivered within an estimated time of 4-10 business days depending on the delivery location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. While we will work with the associated courier service to deliver your order even earlier if feasible, please do note that sometimes it may even take longer than the stipulated time due to unforeseen conditions including weather conditions, flight delays etc. at the courier company’s end. As such we only provide an estimate and not a guarantee as to the shipping time, but we always strive to have our products deliver at the earliest.
Are there any shipping charges?
Yes. We charge a flat rate of Rs. 99/- for orders within India. Charges for shipping will be mentioned on the cart while placing the order.
Do you ship across India?
We do ship our products across India, so far as it is legally permissible. All the Products sold on Website are governed by different state laws and if Karuna is unable to deliver such Products due to implications of different state laws or unfeasibility of courier services, Karuna will return or will give credit for the amount (if any) received in advance by Karuna from the sale of such Product that could not be delivered to you. In case any Octroi is attracted to any delivery, then the same would be payable by you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, but we're working towards it.
How do I track my order?
An email would be sent to you after the Order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. You can track your order using the details in the email.
I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?
If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call / send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will be happy to help you.
What do I do in case my Package arrives damaged / tampered with?
